Tottenham striker Harry Kane has announced he’ll be staying at the club for the 2021/22 season.
The 28-year-old who has been linked with a move to Manchester City has now all but ended the speculation this afternoon when he tweeted:
“It was incredible to see the reception from the Spurs fans on Sunday and to read some of the messages of support I’ve had in the last few weeks.
“I will be staying at Tottenham this summer and will be 100% focused on helping the team achieve success. #COYS”
With all parties now knowing where they stand on Harry Kane’s future, Tottenham will hope to see him kickstart his season in incredible fashion as they’ve already registered two wins from their first two premier league matches.
Tottenham’s focus now turns towards the Premier League match this Sunday, with a home fixture against newly-promoted Watford on the cards and the Englishman will likely be involved now.
