Juventus are on the verge of agreeing a €35m deal to sign Manuel Locatelli from Sassuolo and all that is left is the final details of the transfer.

The Italian midfielder is believed to have made his intentions clear that he wants to leave Sassuolo and the two clubs have been locked in negotiations for some time over the move.

With less than a week until the start of the new Serie A season, it appears that Juventus are set to close in on an agreement with the Neroverdi, and he could well be with the Old Lady in time to make his debut this weekend.

Locatelli was one of the standout players at the Euro2020 has been linked with Arsenal and Liverpool but it seems all of that could end with a move to Italian giants Juventus.
