The nominees for the monthly premier league awards has been announced via the premier league official website with some managers and players up for the award for their amazing performance in the month of January 2022.
Manager of the Month for January 2022
Four men who led their teams to outstanding results in January 2022 have been nominated for the Barclays Manager of the Month award, and you can help to decide who wins.
You can vote for one of Pep Guardiola, Jurgen Klopp, Bruno Lage or Dean Smith by 12:00 GMT on Monday 31 January.
The fans’ vote will be combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winner, who will be revealed next week
January’s Barclays Manager shortlist
Pep Guardiola (MCI)

Manchester City began the month with victories over Arsenal and Chelsea, taking their winning streak to 12 matches, before the leaders drew 1-1 at Southampton.
Jurgen Klopp (LIV)

Klopp’s Liverpool side started January with a thrilling 2-2 draw at Chelsea before winning against Brentford and Crystal Palace to boost their title hopes.
Bruno Lage (WOL)
P3 W3 D0 L0 GD+4
Lage led Wolverhampton Wanderers to victory in all three of their matches, including a 1-0 triumph at Manchester United, the club’s first Premier League win at Old Trafford, and a 3-1 home success over Southampton.
Dean Smith (NOR)
P3 W2 D0 L1 GD+2
Smith steered Norwich City out of the relegation zone for the first time this season with back-to-back wins over Everton and Watford. In the latter, the Canaries scored three times in a match for the first time in 2021/22.
Player of the month for January 2022
Six players have been shortlisted for January 2022’s EA SPORTS Player of the Month award and you can help choose who wins.

The public vote will be combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winner, who will be announced next week.

Bowen was influential in successive wins at the start of January. He scored twice against Norwich City, before he was on target again versus Leeds United to take his tally for the season to six.
Kevin De Bruyne (MCI)

The playmaker was instrumental for Manchester City, scoring a superb winner against Chelsea before setting up Aymeric Laporte at Southampton from a free-kick.
David De Gea (MUN)

De Gea made 22 saves in January, five more than any other goalkeeper. That included eight stops to inspire a 3-1 win at Brentford and seven versus Wolverhampton Wanderers while he kept a clean sheet against West Ham United.
Jack Harrison (LEE)

The Leeds winger scored his first hat-trick in professional football to earn a 3-2 victory at West Ham and he was also on the scoresheet in the 3-1 win over Burnley.
Joao Moutinho (WOL)

Wolves’ midfield maestro was at his best as they won all three matches. He scored a fine winner at Manchester United to cap off an impressive individual display and provided a goal and an assist against Brentford.
James Ward-Prowse (SOU)

Southampton’s captain scored a stunning free-kick at Wolves, provided an assist in the victory over Brentford and produced a tireless display to help halt Man City’s winning run in a 1-1 draw.
