01Can I order just one jersey?+
Yes. Single-piece orders are welcome. Choose the style, requested size and quantity, then ask for a quote.
02Can I mix clubs, countries, styles and sizes?+
Yes. Add different items to the same quote list. Mixed orders have no minimum total quantity.
03Which seasons are included?+
The current collection is limited to products identified as the 2026–2027 season. Retro designs appear in a separate collection with their original years. Products labelled only 2026 are not automatically treated as 2026–2027.
04How do I choose my size?+
Measure a jersey that fits you well: chest width from armpit to armpit and length from shoulder to hem. Ask for measurements for the exact item. Size labels and fit can vary; your selected size is a request until confirmed.
05Can I request a name and number?+
Enter your preferred name and number on the product page. Available printing, placement and additional cost must be confirmed in the quote before payment.
06Does the listed version guarantee authenticity?+
No. Player, fan, kids and retro labels are catalogue categories. They do not establish official licensing or authenticity. Ask for detail photos, materials, measurements and the exact version before confirming an order.
07How do I get a product and shipping price?+
Add your items to the quote list, enter your destination country and postcode, and open the prepared WhatsApp message. We confirm product availability, printing, shipping costs and an estimated delivery time for your specific order.
08Is stock guaranteed when I add an item?+
No. The quote list records what you would like to order; it does not reserve stock or create a paid order. Availability and final specifications are confirmed during quotation.
09What about payment, customs and returns?+
Ask for the payment method, total payable, shipping terms, responsibility for any import charges and the applicable return conditions before paying. These must be confirmed for your order; no universal delivery or refund promise is assumed.
10Do the two WhatsApp buttons reach different accounts?+
Both currently use +852 5496 8743. Your device chooses the available WhatsApp application. The website cannot force WhatsApp Business to open.
