Compare fit across different club shirt references

Check the same measuring points for each design and supplied version.

Choose the right comparison shirt

Use a comfortable short-sleeve shirt when comparing these club references. Lay it flat and relaxed. Measure chest width between underarm points and agree where the shoulder-to-hem length begins. Do not compare stretched and relaxed measurements as equivalent.

Do not assume one club’s L matches another

Real Madrid Away, Barcelona Third and Manchester United Third have different necklines and trim in the photos. These visible differences do not establish their dimensions. Request chest width and body length for each exact reference and requested size.

Separate long sleeves and other constructions

For a long-sleeve alternative, agree whether sleeve length starts at the shoulder seam or neckline. Raglan and set-in sleeves can require different measuring points. Keep a long-sleeve reference separate from a short-sleeve reference in your mixed list.

Save a comparison record for repeat orders

Record reference, supplied version, size, flat chest and body length in centimetres. Photograph your tape endpoints and ask the supplier to match the method. Keep verified figures with the exact reference rather than applying a generic size chart to every club.
